Privacy rules for the Mirko Miočić Memorial
In accordance with Zakon o provedbi Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka (NN 42/18) (en. Law implementing the General Data Protection Regulation), Zadar Quiz Association (further referred to as KviZD) is committed to provide the protection of the personal data of all the participants of the Mirko Miočić Memorial (further referred to as Memorial), and only use it for the purposes of organising the event and publishing its results. Personal data will not be used for any other purpose.
All participants of the Memorial give consent for KviZD, as the organizer of the Memorial and database manager, to collect their personal data provided within the framework of participation in the Memorial, in accordance with the current GDPR regulations. KviZD guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law and these Privacy Rules. KviZD may use the collected data only for the purpose of providing information regarding the Memorial.
When registering for participation in the Memorial, participants will use their first name and last name. Along with the result, their name (or the name of their Team) will be published after each quiz on the Association website as well as on the Facebook page Kvizaška udruga Zadar / Zadar Quiz Association. By registering, all participants are giving their consent to their name potentially being used for announcements before the Memorial, and their photos being published.
